Pumpkin, Peanut Butter and Banana Bites is the easiest after school snack you will ever make! You only need 3 simple ingredients and about 2 minutes. This no bake snack has quickly become one of my kids’ favorite!

Pretty much the first thing Logan asks me after school is for a snack. So one day I was going through my pantry and found some Nature’s Path pumpkin seed and flax granola that needed used up. Instead of putting it in yogurt which is my typical go to for granola, I was trying to brainstorm some more creative ideas to make this for after school snack.

Then I spotted some bananas and peanut butter and decided that with the granola this would be a great combination for an easy and healthy snack that my kids should love! Not only did they enjoy eating them, but as you can see in the video below they also enjoyed making them! This is wonderful way to get some more protein and fiber in your kids diet but it’s also a snack that adults will totally enjoy! And with pumpkin season in full swing this is the perfect snack for fall!

Feel free to swap the pumpkin seed and flax granola for any kind of granola you might have in your pantry!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole large banana
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola

Instructions

  • Slice banana about 1 inch to 1.5 inch in thickness.
  • Spread peanut butter on one side of banana slices.
  • Dip peanut butter side of bananas in granola.
  • Enjoy immediately!
