This baked maple pecan salmon only needs 5 ingredients and is ready in about 15 minutes! This one pan meal is absolutely delicious and easy to make and is sure to become a family favorite.
Salmon is hands down my favorite fish and its pretty much the only fish my husband would eat. It is super versatile fish, very flavorful and in my opinion one of the easiest to prepare! This maple pecan crusted is so delicious! The fish is moist and flaky, a little bit sweet from the maple and has the perfect nuttiness and crunch from the chopped pecans. And the best part you only need 1 pan and 15 minutes! Doesn’t get much easier than that.

How to store baked salmon leftovers
Place leftover salmon in air tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
Can this salmon be frozen?
I would not recommend making this recipe ahead or freezing it. It is best made and eaten same day.
Fresh or frozen salmon?
Either will work fine! I used frozen salmon filets, thawed in the fridge and then patted dry well with a paper towel.
What to serve with this salmon?
Roasted green beans, asparagus and broccoli are my 3 favorite vegetables to serve with this. For a starch rice as well as tortellini Alfredo are my top choices.
