  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maply syrup add more to taste
  • 1/3 cup chopped apples
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  • Add all of the ingredients to a jar, shake well and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.



Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
