  • 12 oz shrimp peeled, devine, tails off
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp bbq seasoning


  • Preheat grill to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, add shrimp and sausage. Add olive oil and bbq seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Place shrimp and sausage on skewers.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Flip and cook the other side.
  • Serve immediately.
